About the Author/作者介绍： Jo Condrill is an award-winning speaker, author, and consultant. She served as a civilian leader for the US Army in the Pentagon and was awarded the highest honor the Army can bestow on civilians, the Decoration for Exceptional Civilian Service. In volunteer work she led a 3,000 person organization (Toastmasters) in the Washington, DC, area to a #1 ranking worldwide. Jo later served on their Board of Directors. She is also author of Leadership: from Vision to Victory in Six Powerful Steps (Great Speakers Anthology, Vol. 7) Jo earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University of San Antonio. She is an active member of the National Speakers Association, Toastmasters, and Rotary International. Jo is listed in Marquis’ Who’s Who in the World and Who’s Who in America.
Bennie Bough, Ph.D. is an internationally known speaker, seminar leader and consultant. He is past president of Toastmasters International. With over 35 years of speaking and training experience, Bennie shares first-hand experiences, specializing in how to give effective presentations, whether one-to-one or one- to-a-thousand. He has trained individuals in communication techniques in China, Vietnam, Laos, Pakistan and Taiwan as well as the United States and Canada. He received his Ph.D. in International Relations from George Washington University.
